Because digital products are instant downloads, we generally don’t offer refunds once a purchase is made. However, if you face technical issues (like a broken file or download error), you can contact us within 24 hours of purchase, and we’ll resolve it immediately or provide a replacement.
You can buy digital products (like eBooks, guides, templates, arts & posters, planners, courses, etc.) and physical products, including some that are made using print-on-demand (POD).
We ship domestically and internationally, depending on the product and destination.
We ship to India and many other countries around the world.
However, a few countries or regions may not be supported due to courier or legal restrictions. If your country isn’t available at checkout, that usually means we can’t ship there right now.
You can pay using credit/debit cards, UPI / net banking (where available), and trusted payment gateways such as, Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay or other local providers shown at checkout.

Most digital products are delivered almost instantly after payment.
You’ll usually get an email with a download link or access instructions. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder. If it’s still missing after 30–60 minutes, reach out to us with your order details.
Shipping time depends on where you live and what you ordered.
On average (after your order is processed and dispatched):
Within India: about 3–10 business days
Outside India: about 7–35 business days, depending on the country and courier. We also support premium extra fast delivery for certain destinations.
These are estimates only. Delays can happen due to customs, holidays, weather, or carrier issues.
In some regions and for some products, we may offer Express / Priority / Expedited shipping for an extra charge.
Express shipping makes the delivery faster after dispatch, but it does not skip production time for print-on-demand items.

For digital products:
They are normally non-returnable and non-refundable, because they are instantly delivered and can’t be “unused”.
We may help in rare cases, like duplicate payment or technical file issues.
For physical / POD products:
We accept returns or offer replacements if the item is damaged, defective, or clearly not what you ordered.
We may ask for photos or videos as proof.
We don’t accept returns just for “change of mind” or minor variations in color/print.
Always check the full Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy before placing an order.
First, don’t panic — global shipping can be slow sometimes.
Check the tracking link again after 24–72 hours.
If it’s still not updating, it may be in customs or in a local hub.
If it’s heavily delayed, contact us with your order number + tracking ID, and we’ll check with the carrier.
Delays alone usually don’t qualify for a refund, unless the carrier finally declares the parcel lost.
If your order is still not processed or shipped, we’ll try our best to update your address or item details.
Once the order is in production or shipped, we usually cannot change the address, variant, or quantity.
So always double-check your shipping address, pin code, phone (if used), and product options before paying.
In that case:
Check with neighbors, building security, reception, or family members.
Look around common drop areas (porch, mailbox, gate, etc.).
Contact the local carrier office with your tracking number.
If the carrier confirms it was delivered to the correct address, it may have been misplaced or stolen.
We generally cannot refund or replace packages marked as delivered by the courier.

Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
A short description of what’s wrong
If we confirm the issue, we will replace the item or refund according to our policy.
Sometimes emails go to spam/junk, or your email was typed with a typo.

If you still can’t find it, message us with:
Full name
