We try our best to free our customers from these complexities, but still, if we are unable to set/control these factors from our end, then the customer is responsible for:

  • Import duties, customs inspections, brokerage fees
  • Additional handling fees from carriers or customs agencies

Refusal to pay customs duties or taxes does not qualify for a refund.

5. Billing Information Accuracy

Customers must provide accurate and complete billing and contact information during checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Payment failures due to incorrect billing information
  • Orders delayed or cancelled due to verification issues

Suspicious or fraudulent information may result in:

  • Order cancellation
  • Account restriction
  • Reporting to the relevant authorities

6. Payment Security

PingShopping:

  • Does not store full credit/debit card numbers
  • Does not access sensitive authentication information

7. Payment Confirmation & Receipts

Upon successful payment:

  • You will receive an email confirmation with the order summary.
  • For digital items, delivery links may be included in the same message or shortly after.

If you do not receive confirmation within 1 hour, check your spam/junk folder or contact support.

8. Failed, Pending, Duplicate, or Stuck Transactions

A payment is considered pending until confirmed by the payment provider.

We are not liable for delays caused by banks, third-party verification processes, or system outages.

Duplicate payments will be refunded once verified through transaction logs.

9. Chargebacks & Unauthorized Claims

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

  • Submit evidence to contest the claim
  • Refuse future orders
  • Permanently restrict access to our services
  • Recover financial losses and processing fees

Fraudulent claims may result in legal action.

10. Partial Payments & Split Transactions

Split payments or partial payment options may be supported only if explicitly enabled.

Orders with incomplete or unsuccessful payments will not be processed.

11. Refunds Through Original Payment Method

Approved refunds (see Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy) will be issued to the same payment method used during checkout.

Refund timelines:

  • Domestic: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Bank processing delays are beyond our control.

Refunds cannot be redirected to alternate accounts or payment channels.

12. Partial Refund Deductions

Refunds may be issued partially (not fully) in specific cases, such as:

  • Free-shipping items where the actual shipping cost has already been incurred
  • Partial item returns from multi-item orders
  • Buyer error (wrong address, refusal to receive, unclaimed parcel)
  • Non-recoverable gateway fees or administrative charges

If an order is refunded or cancelled:
