This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all physical and print-on-demand (POD) products purchased from shop.pingshopping.com.
It does not apply to digital product purchases, which are delivered electronically and instantly via email or secure download link.
By placing an order on shop.pingshopping.com, you agree to the shipping and delivery terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing & Handling Time
We begin processing your order immediately after successful payment confirmation.

| Seasonal or high-demand periods | May extend by additional 3–10 business days |
Processing includes order verification, production setup, quality check, and packaging.
Processing time is not included in the shipping time.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Delivery times vary based on destination, product type, customs regulations, carrier delays, and global logistics conditions.
2.1 Estimated Shipping Guidelines(Standard)

These are estimates only and not guaranteed due to variables outside our control, such as weather events, customs clearance timelines, carrier capacity, strikes, war zones or pandemics.
2.2 Express / Priority / Expedited Shipping Options
We may offer Express, Priority, or Expedited Shipping options for certain products and locations, allowing faster delivery than standard shipping times. These premium shipping services are subject to carrier availability, geographic eligibility, and product type.
Availability
Express shipping may be available:
- Only for specific countries or regions
- Only for eligible physical products (not for POD in some regions)
- Only when partner carriers support fast delivery routes
- During non-peak seasons and excluding holidays
Same-day, 2-day, or 3-day shipping cannot be guaranteed for all destinations.
Additional Charges
Express shipping may require an extra fee, calculated based on:
- Destination country / zone
- Package weight & dimensions
- Carrier pricing & fuel surcharges
- Priority logistics requirements
Express shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the order is cancelled before dispatch or the package is confirmed lost by the carrier.
Exceptions
Express shipping may not be available for:
- Print-on-Demand items requiring production time
- International shipments requiring customs clearance
- Remote or restricted delivery zones
- Orders placed after the daily cut-off times
Express shipping applies only to transportation time, and does not shorten production or processing time.
Service Delays
Even express carriers may experience unexpected delays due to:
- Weather events
- Customs inspections
- Security checks
- Flights or transportation disruptions
- Global supply chain issues
These delays are not eligible for refunds or cancellations, unless the carrier officially confirms failure.
Note:
Express shipping shortens the delivery time after dispatch, not the production time required to prepare or print the order.
3. International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries. However, we may be unable to ship to certain restricted regions due to carrier or legal limitations.
If an order must be cancelled due to shipping restrictions, we will issue a full refund.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may require customers to pay:
- Customs duties
- VAT / GST / Sales Tax
- Import or brokerage fees
- Handling and inspection costs
These charges are not included in product or shipping pricing and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Refusing to pay customs fees does not qualify a customer for a refund.
4. Tracking & Delivery Updates
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number, when available.
Please allow 24–72 hours after dispatch for tracking to update.
Tracking Availability Does Not Apply To
- Some postal services in remote regions
- Economy shipping carriers without real-time tracking support
- Special-case delivery partners or countries without a full tracking infrastructure
We cannot guarantee tracking accuracy from third-party carriers.
5. Delivery Issues & Delays
Shipping delays may occur for reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address information
- Customs inspection delays
- Weather disruptions or natural disasters
- Carrier or logistics partner operational problems
- Festive seasons, large sale events, or global shipping congestion
- Regional conflicts or transportation restrictions
These delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellation, unless the carrier officially declares the package lost.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
A package is considered lost when the carrier states that they are unable to locate it after investigation.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows not delivered / lost, we will:
- File a claim with the carrier, and
- Either resend the order at no cost or issue a refund, depending on availability.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows delivered, but you did not receive the package:
- Check with neighbours, building management, or security
- Verify address details and delivery attempts
- Contact the carrier directly to investigate
We are not responsible for packages stolen from mailboxes, doorsteps, drop points or porch deliveries.
7. Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items Delivered
If your order arrives damaged, broken, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery.
Required information:
- Full name & order number
- Photos/videos of product and packaging
- Description of the issue
If verified:
- We will issue a free replacement or refund, depending on the situation and our Refund, Return & Cancellation policy.
Damage caused by improper use or neglect is not covered.
8. Address Errors & Delivery Failures
Customers are responsible for providing accurate addresses and contact details.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued if:
- The customer entered an incorrect or incomplete address
- Delivery failed due to an unreachable or unavailable customer
- The package returned because of the refusal to accept delivery
If the carrier returns the package back to us (when possible), we may offer a partial refund or reshipment with additional shipping costs.
9. Split Shipments
Multiple items ordered together may ship separately due to:
- Different warehouses or fulfillment partners
- Weight or packaging requirements
- POD production variations
Receiving packages in multiple deliveries is normal and not grounds for refund.
10. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on:
- Destination country
- Weight & volume
- Carrier pricing
- Product type
- Shipping speed option selected
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where a mistake was made on our end.
11. Free Shipping & Built-In Delivery Cost Policy
For many products listed on shop.pingshopping.com, we may offer “Free Shipping” as a promotional or convenience feature.
However, “Free Shipping” does not mean the delivery cost is zero — it means that the shipping cost is already included or factored into the product price, rather than charged separately during checkout.
Because of this pricing model:
Refunds & Returns Related to Free Shipping Products
When a refund is approved for an order marked as Free Shipping, we may deduct:
- The actual shipping and handling cost already incurred for dispatching the product, and/or
- Any non-recoverable fees paid to logistics partners, packaging vendors, or payment gateways
This deduction applies because the shipping cost is real and already paid, even though it was not separately charged to the customer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply when:
- Only some items from a multi-item order are cancelled or returned
- Returning items disqualify the order from the Free Shipping thresholds
- Promotions, bundles, coupons or discounts were originally applied
In such cases, refunds will be adjusted to reflect:
- The final payable value based on the kept items
- Shipping or restocking deductions where applicable
Cancellation Before Dispatch
If the order is cancelled before dispatch or production, a full refund may be issued without deductions, as shipping charges have not been incurred yet. But the payment processing & transaction fees may be deducted by up to 6% based on what type of payment method you chose during the payment.
Cancellation After Dispatch
If the order ships and cancellation or refusal occurs after dispatch:
- Shipping costs and handling fees may be deducted from the refund
- Return shipping costs (where applicable) may also apply.
Returns Due to Buyer Error
If the package is returned due to:
- Incorrect address,
- Unclaimed package,
- Refusal to accept delivery,
- Failed delivery caused by customer availability,
We may deduct:
- Actual shipping both ways (where applicable)
- Handling / restocking fees
Summary Note:
Even when an item is marketed with “Free Shipping,” actual delivery and handling costs exist.
These may be deducted from refunds when applicable, because they are non-recoverable business expenses.
12. Delivery Confirmation & Proof
Delivery confirmation provided by the carrier is considered official proof of delivery.
We rely on the carrier’s status to settle disputes.
